Resume

During my high school career I did a lot of technical work. I continued technical theatre when I got to the University of Northern Iowa. There I learned a lot about set construction, electrics, sound, and design work and continued to work with technical theatre after graduating from UNI.

  • Building set pieces and props for the children's show that summer.
  • Supervising high school students in the building of set pieces.
  • Scenic painting the set and instructing students on technique.
  • Lighting design for the play. Hanging and focusing all of the lights for the show. Also was the board op for the show.

  • When touring shows come in there are load-ins where I would unload trucks of the acts equipment. I would also work shows as either, fly-rail, electrician, sound, rigging, and any other things requested.
