Here is one of the stock flats I was able to use. Due to this also being a class space, we had to be able to take the set down every night after rehearsal.
This is the finalized set with all props on before the production begins.
This set consited of metal fencing sorounding the audience, which was a design choice to make them feel as if they were in prison with the characters.

Convict

This is a production that occurred at the Interpreters Theatre in Lang Hall on UNI Campus. It was written and directed by Josh Hamazee. For this production I was Master Carpenter and an electrician. In this production I was also an actor within the show as well.
Spring Awakening

For this production which was a main stage production of Theatre UNI, I was the Properties Master. This was my first time being a head of an area for a main stage show. The scenic designer was Mark. A Parrott who is a professor at UNI. Together we worked on deciding what pieces would be necessary and what parts I would build myself. This was a unique and great experience for me in the design field.

For this production I was the Scenic Designer and Properties Master. The show was a production put on UNISTA, one of the student lead organizations on campus. Unlike most UNISTA productions we were lucky to be able to use one of our larger spaces which are not typically allowed for UNISTA productions. On the sides there are pictures of my work before the production as well as performance pictures where the actors are using the props I obtained for them. I also had to get and make food for this production.
